Sports Talk Caller
This article was on the Chief's web site today. If its on the "official" web site, it must be a reflection of how the Chiefs feel about their fans. I would gues that maybe 80% or more of Chiefs fans listen to Sports Tlak Radio. I listen to WHB every day and enjoy it. Kevin Keitzman called the Chiefs and they said they were going to take it off the website. That was at 11:00 a.m. and I read it at 7:30 p.m., so I guess they really don't want to take it off the website! So I guess I fit the person Rufus Dawes portays in the article. I guess I am an idiot who coves soft beds, pots of beer, and voluptous women! Read the article and let everyone know how you feel. Like I said, if it was on the "official" website, it must reflect how the Chiefs feel about their fans. Maybe if they put a good product on the field, talk radio might be more positive about the Chiefs! I will always be a fan and pull for them every Sunday, might I may think twice about dropping $200 for a ticket and parking for one to a game from now on!

sent to the Chiefs:
I've never called one of these sports talk radio shows. And I would agree that some of these hosts are unreasonably hostile towards the Kansas City Chiefs but I do listen on the way to and from work to these radio shows. As a season ticket holder I don't appreciate the charecterization of sports talk radio listeners as simple minded buffons being posted on my teams website. I'm offended by the tone of the article and would like an apology from the Kansas City Chiefs. We are in the midst of a down year and you are going to bite the hand that feeds you? Does the Kansas City Chiefs care about their season ticket holders? Don't you think that a lot of your season ticket holders listen to sports talk radio? I have stuck by the Chiefs during the down times and the up times. My butt is in the seats yelling encouragement to my team every game regardless of their record or weather. Please be more respectful of your fans in the future. Go Chiefs!

We wouldn't have to suffer through the wrath of Rufus "Bob" Moore if we had just been good, obedient cattle and passed Bi-State II.
