Is Chip Kelly racist?
I'm not going to link to every instance that's come up of Kelly cutting/trading black players and those former players blasting Kelly for not understanding the culture, or dumping the "good black players".

Nevertheless, this seems to be a story that just won't die and could (whether it be true or not) hurt Kelly's career.

Kelly is the fourth highest paid coach in the NFL, making $7 million this season. I'd bet my left nut his hiring and firing process has absolutely nothing to do with race.

Maybe he is, who knows? I don't think trading or letting a few prominent black players walk is any indication of racism, though. It's a business.

I will say that it seems like he has no ****ing clue what he's doing. I just can't fathom a world in which someone extends Riley Cooper to turn around let a couple guys like Jeremy Maclin and Desean Jackson walk.
