We haven't sacked Manning the last three games !!!!

Jeff Legwold: In recent meetings against the Broncos, the Chiefs have stuck to a steady diet of man-to-man coverages against Denver's receivers. It hasn't worked and won't work if the Chiefs fail to get pressure on Peyton Manning. In the past three games against the Broncos, the Chiefs have not sacked Manning and he's thrown nine touchdown passes. Broncos 41, Chiefs 17

Adam Teicher: The Chiefs haven't beaten Manning in four tries since he joined the Broncos. A 17-9 loss at Arrowhead Stadium in 2012 is as close as they have come. In two games last season, the Chiefs failed to frustrate him either time. The Chiefs will have to either slow Manning or outscore him. Judging from last week's game against Tennessee, they're in no shape to do either. Broncos 37, Chiefs 20

What I am most curious about is how the Chiefs score 20. Seeing how the Brazilian Dynamo doinked the uprights twice, I think 20 would be more likely due to him missing an extra point than making two field goals.

they need to do what Flowers did last year to Welker; who wasn't getting the ball, but Flowers put him on his ass.. and well.

Man will get us raped, which is what happened last year.

Crennel, although worthless 95% of the time, knew how to beat Manning. Sit back in zone coverage with the defenders facing toward Manning so that they could see the ball coming.

We have to get a push in the middle to make it happen, though. Stunt the gaps and pray it's not a run if need be.

If we try man defense Sunday Manning will turn the Chiefs' assholes into hamburger.

Late hit Manning all game. Break his body.

Then we'll win.

Their running game looked a bit weak against the Colts. They may try to emphasize that as a way of tuning up for the Seahawks.

You're not very bright. One, he's been with team for a little more than a year. Two, he hasn't practiced for about a month. If he plays at it would be very limited. Three, considering that next Denver plays the Seahawks.

yeah, i wasn't necessarily advocating man, but rather zone. Just sit therein the zones and if a dude is in range, just light his (recievers) as up. . **** penalties. I'd just constantly harass the receivers; grab, pull, bump, trip....shit just to piss them off.

I agree 100%

On 1st and 2nd down, beat the shit out of them and get an occasional penalty.

Don't do it on 3rd. I don't want to give them an extra set of downs.
