........ reported on 810am radio. I think they said it would be at 4:30pm. But, correct me if I'm wrong about the time.

The speculation is that Bobby Ingram has been signed. But, they don't know. That's just a guess. KK seemed to be sure it wasn't something like Julius Peppers being signed.

The Chiefs have called a 5:30ET press to announce a signing, but the identity of the player has yet to be revealed.
Teams don't usually call pressers to announce signings of bit players, so the Kansas City Star speculates that the Chiefs could be introducing Orlando Pace, Torry Holt, or Bobby Engram. Stay tuned for another update.

Not that we needed Pace, but that would have been kind of cool.

Pioli is beginning to piss me off. Special Teams apparently is our focus this offseason. Not that we didn't need to address it, but fuck Engram. He will prove useless.

And yes, you should find STARTERS before concentrating on BACKUPS. We have crazy depth now....hell, we have like 60 guys who could backup anybody.

Generally my idea of depth isn't signing a bunch of guys who are the same thing....are we going to have an entire cast of LB's who are just special teams players?

Yeah, I don't give a shit about Holt...but Pace would at least be interesting.

Reminds me a lot of Roaf coming to KC...everyone thought he was done, too.

Engram is a good signing...Beisel is good on special teams...seems like decent signing to me. Copper had a bit of a run at WR in New Orleans...but it seems like they have a pretty good system for receivers...so who knows.
