You know I understand we are not supposed to do lots of things, but when you are in Tampa, Atlanta, LA, etc. if you are doing the speed limit you are creating a hazard because you will be one of a very few that drive that way. One car going slow causing lots of other cars to have to hit their brakes is more dangerous than one car speeding between traffic.

They don't ticket people for speeding, they're not going to issue tickets for this either.
