Again, you seem to think that the road is for you and you only and that everyone, whether they're abiding by the law or not, should GTFO of your way because you're speeding. Clearly, you're a road rager.

So be it, then.

There are laws like this in most states that have not been enforced before. But they are going to start doing so.
As of July 1 it will be a ticketable offense in the state of Arkansas. I have been hearing them talk about it on the radio and on TV so evidently they plan on giving people tickets for not moving over to the right lane for other traffic regardless of speed involved.

And get the **** out of the left lane unless you are going 5-10 MPH over the posted speed limit.

This.

As i stated before, i am no Road Angel. I speed, i drive fast in the left lane. But i DON'T rage because the car in front of me doesn't want to play by MY rules.

That's the key difference here.

Is THAT not considered bad etiquette?
You know I understand we are not supposed to do lots of things, but when you are in Tampa, Atlanta, LA, etc. if you are doing the speed limit you are creating a hazard because you will be one of a very few that drive that way. One car going slow causing lots of other cars to have to hit their brakes is more dangerous than one car speeding between traffic.

They don't ticket people for speeding, they're not going to issue tickets for this either.

My common road courtesy says that I'm going to prevent asshole ****wads from speeding, just because their truck can do 95.

The state sure is spending a lot of money for them to not want or be willing to do what they are saying they are gonna do.

Agreed. But if you can't get over and let somebody past, you can't get over. You're not going to merge broadside into a car just to let the guy behind you go past...

They're putting up signs. They aren't spending any more money on this than they did putting up speed limit signs. The simple fact is that you're not going to get ticketed unless you're doing something REALLY egregious...
