I had to turn it off. This is the first time I've ever done that for a KU game. It just feels like there is no hope of turning this thing around until after Weis leaves. Even then it's a longshot because you have a guy like Zenger in charge of naming the replacement. He's just as bad. Not one of his hires are doing well.

Yep. 9 players according to that article, but some were dismissed, some left on their own. No breakdown. Said that 14 starters had to be replaced. KU had to replace a bunch this year as well, including 6 on the O-line alone.

So what's the difference exactly? Manginos entire 2003 team his second year was his own, or at least the vast bulk. Same with Weis. One showed progress and the other is a total gasbag who denigrates his players and loses every week.
