This may or may not be true, but the thing that stands out to me is this:

The guy was instructed to, and apparently was caught with, a Patriots shirt, with the logo taped over.

All this secrecy, conspiracy and intrigue, and they weren't smart enough to just not wear patriots shirts?

It wasn't against the rules to tape games until around 2006/07. Goodell issued that memo saying it couldn't be done from certain locations around then. That memo was not a rule. There's another rule stipulating film from games cannot be used in the same game which BB operated on. I have it archived and it would take time and I have to get ready for a business trip. However, these things are in previous threads with links.

This thread has been started by a green Jet's fan...and we know there's plenty of former Jets personnel in the NFL front office. ESPN must need the ratings. We've heard all this before.

Meanwhile, NFL conducting an investigation into Manning's HGH. I'll bet it's really a competent job too.
