When Facebook Goes Wrong
One of my "friends" on Facebook just posted the attached picture of her husbands... something... post surgery. My wife says she would divorce me if I ever posted a picture like this of her... and she's not joking. What do you all think?

Basically many surgeries in the lower back are going to look like this. Anyone here who "can tell" that it's a fusion or a discectomy or hemilaminectomy or removal of an ingrown matchbox car is just guessing. All of those look the same after you're done...especially the matchbox car.
