NFLDC has relaunched...

http://www.draftcountdown.com/sub/Mock-Draft-A.php

Chiefs picking 8......Sergio Kindle is the pick.

Should get some interesting reaction.

Sergio Kindle had 10.5 sacks and 21 TFL as a junior. At 6-4, 254, Kindle could run a low 4.5 40, making him the top rush linebacker available in the 2010 NFL Draft.

Though he was just a first-year starter in 2008, the hard-working Sergio Kindle made a name for himself, notching 46 tackles, 12.5 TFL and 10 sacks. He also blocked a kick. With another stellar season, he'll be the top rush linebacker in the 2010 NFL Draft.

I don't think Pioli will pick anyone that any mock draft guy would choose.

I think we all learned that lesson in the 2009 draft.

Decent draft. The Lions are going to be sorely tempted to pick up a tackle, though they need serious help on their defensive line.

If Kindle can be "the guy" this year at Texas, without teams worrying about Orakpo, I think he'll be a good pick for the Chiefs. I don't know if he gives you anything over someone like Selvie, but he's definitely a better option than Tub O'Guts Cody.

I'm pretty sur that Terrence Cody is a lock at this point

Matt McGuire's 2010 NFL Mock Draft

Kansas City Chiefs: Eric Berry, S, Tennessee
At this point, the Chiefs go with the best player on the board, and clearly that is Eric Berry. This team has millions of dollars invested into the defensive line. Every team would love to have an Ed Reed clone in their defensive backfield and he would provide some much needed leadership.

I've seen Terrence Cody forecasted as low as 4th round by some scouts. DTs are risky anyway but his weight makes him riskier then most.
