There should be a "scotts failures" list at the bottom of the op and list all the bums he brought in that have been released, or dispatched in some way

I always thought it was interesting to watch what happened to players we cut. There was a very long time there that whenever we dropped a defensive player, his career would essentially be done.

Hmm are we clearing roster spots for the rookies?

Or some cap room for more acquisitions?

I'd like another receiver like Lloyd or someone...

Welp. Coach Billick picked the chiefs to make a playoff run over at Reddit so that's nice.

He's a much better FS option than Robinson (as far as his ability to cover.)
I don't know why we didn't do that to begin with...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Alex Smith - QB - Chiefs
The 2014 third-round pick the Chiefs owe the 49ers as part of the Alex Smith trade will become a second-rounder if the Chiefs finish 8-8 or better.

so there ya go

I don't think we can afford to pick up Seymour or Woodson. Hopefully Albert gets a new contract so we can have some wiggle room once we sign the rookies.
