I would have to say spaghetti. It smelled like marinara, only not in a good way. It was a long time before I could eat spaghetti again.

Tortilla chips. If they come back up while they're still crispy, it feels like you're vomiting broken glass. Especially if they go into your sinus....with salsa.

I once had a test, similar to a barrium upper GI where they gave me the bitterest clear liquid imaginable. Combine that with Bile and no food.......and then yack.

I've barfed alot in my day due to gut issues.....and thats the tops by far.

The best puke? Icecream that is still cool.

I think the worst kind of puking would have to be dry heaving. It hurts, and it seems pointless to go through the motions and not have anything come out.
