Official Predict the Season Opener Score!

Why official? 'Cause I don't see it anywhere else.

KC 21-17

OK, I wear "homer" glasses.

glad I don't have to bet the ranch.

On the road, LJ limited, Allen out for 2 games, MacIntosh still not 100%, improved Texans team. All this adds up to a loss to start the season.

Huard's calf explodes on the first play of the game.
Croyle comes in and throws a pick 6 on his first three posessions.
He is replaced by Printers who scrambles for 586 yards and 5 touchdowns.
LJ gets 150 and 2 touchdowns.

KC finishes with 735 rushing yards and -23 passing yards.

Medlock misses one PAT, but Printers scrambles for a 2 point conversion.

Book it. Championship.
That gave me wood.

24-16.. Texans

Our defense is on the field for 40+ minutes and eventually cracks and gives up the go ahead score..

one TD pass to TG and 3 FG's, two more FG's were missed a 42 and 47 yarder...

The TD pass to TG and two FG's came from turnovers and a stop by the defense at midfield..

LJ has 87 yards on 23 carries, Huard is 13-27 for 123 yards, 1td and 3ints...

I hope I am wrong I really do...

That is pretty bush league to want your own players to get hurt... But if losing games with Downfield Big Game gets Croyle on the field sooner.. Then so be it... I am all for it... I finally thought KC was going to try and build a championship team... Boy was I ever wrong...

we need to know this year if we have a QB we can grow with, if not....
