Paying a monthly fee for the right to play a game that you have already bought is illogical, captain.

Paying $8.00 at the theater for 1.5 hours of entertainment vs paying $15.00 for 100 hours of entertainment? Seems like a pretty good deal to me. Shit, if you're going to get into an MMO, might as well cancel cable, because you won't be using it much - save $35 a month. "Pay to play = bad" is the worst argument when it comes to MMOs. You should be more worried about getting addicted and not caring about your kids as much, rofl.

As for the cable, I still get plenty of use out of it, but then, I only play WoW for about 10 hours per week. |

I get that MMO's aren't for everyone, but it doesn't mean that paying a monthly fee is bad. Think of it this way. How much do you pay for your Cable/Sat TV a month? How much do you use that service a month. $15 Dollars is the standard fee for monthly fee MMO's. That's 50 Cents a day for unlimited access, and the game is always fun, always changing. What can you do to beat that cost vs enjoyment analysis. |

I did, quit back in 2006. I play LotRO these days, although I'm playing Fallout 3 at this second.
