Neck harness or 4-way neck machine if you dont want your neck to look like a stack of dimes. EVERY football strength program includes either neck harness work or 4-way machine.

Deadlifts alone will add a little meat to your traps once you get up around 400-500 for reps, but you do need some accessory work like high pulls, shrugs & face pulls if your really focusing on building traps/yoke that stick out through your t-shirt.
