I go and kick them through the "H" in the Hollywood sign.

It's kind of uphill, and you have to be on the lookout for rattlesnakes, but it's good practice.

Ther's an exposed scrub brush root that makes a perfect tee.

It is what it is with Tynes. At least he has some potential upside.

I was not down with Olindo Mare, a kicker who is declining. If we gave any pick, let alone a 6th, for him. Wow! not good.

The re-signing doesn't bother me. There isnt exactly a lot of options out there, plus as stated above, he does have some potential upside.

The chipshot miss in the playoffs was no bueno.....but I was in Arrowhead for the 53 yarder vs. San Diego for the win - which was muy bueno....not the best, but by far, not the worst.

Uggg, I try not to think about that chip shot miss in the ****ing Playoffs of all times to shank one.

I really had to fight back some emotions to keep from exploding when that happened.

That was just par for the course, what with what the rest of the O was doing (or NOT doing). I really think there was some voodoo or juju or some kind of hijinx at play that day. Man, what a friggin' mess up!

Somebody found a box of Chiefs Kryptonite and snuck it into our jocks that day.

The overall quality has gone downhill at an unbelievable rate in the last 10-15 years. Watch the kickers on some big-time college programs, they're absolutely awful. I'll take Tynes over 'Bama's pathetic kicker anyday. I believe he missed 4 kicks and an extra point in the Ark game last year.

A kicker is like a condom. You don't think much about them until you need one and then you want one that is effective 100% of the time.

Tynes is alright. He is not near the tops in the league. But he is far from worst. At this point, I don't see anyone that is better available. Perhaps they will draft one in the later rounds to compete with LT.
