I'm the lightest I've been since I was 22 and I've got energy to spare.

I used to look forward to laying on the couch and watching TV when I got off work. Now I have to do something to burn off the energy. The DVR is filling up.

last time I stepped on a scale I weighed 171. I've lost 30 pounds since December and now I'm just trying to tone up a little. That's proving to be a lot of work.

Looking back a year, on June 1, 2011 I was 229.0 pounds, 32.7% body fat according to my scale. Today I was 209.8 pounds, 28.2%. The earliest registered weight this year was 222.4 pounds, 31.1% on February 20th this year, so I guess that's about 12.5 pounds and 3% body fat in 3.5 months. No real difference in my physique, I still have quite the belly to lose, but lately my legs have struck me as being a lot more muscular than I remember. I'm assuming that's the cycling.

Speaking of that, just finished my best recorded bike ride: 21.483 miles in 1:23:30 (15.4 mph).

So I stated another juice fast this week. Started off at 193. Tuesday I weighed in at 188 and today I weighed in at 183. If I'm at 180 or less on Tuesday, I'm going to break it. I'm 5'9 and I started off the year at 206.

Still moving down slowly but surely. It may be a while before I post here again. I've had a recent job change, and am in the middle of a move where a lot of our stuff will be in storage.
