Does anyone remember who else Peterson interviewed before selecting Gunther as the head coach?

I think he was "considering" Belichick and Capers, but I don't think they actually got interviewed. I think he did interview most of our staff (including Saunders, if I remember correctly). And Raye too, I believe. Great screening process here, huh?

I know Capers was available. I also know we DAMN WELL SHOULD HAVE GOT HIM! The Three Stooges would be history if we had.

Oh well, maybe next year.

I just read that he interviewed Saunders, Raye and Cunningham from within the organization, but I forgot who he interviewed from outside the team.

I wonder why/how Cunningham beat out Saunders.

He also interviewed the DB's coach for the Tampa Bay Buc's.

He interviewed NO ONE that would be able to challenge his authority. He stuck w/ boot-licking, foot shuffling porters for his interviewees.<BR>
