Windows for Workgroups 3.11
I came a across a AMD k6-2 400mhz box with 128M ram

Now its my dos 6.2 / WFW 3.11 Box

I miss the WFW Days... Anyone else feel nostalgic?

Most stupidly difficult exam Microsoft ever out out for certification. I still wake up at night with the shakes trying to remember how to configure the "At Work Fax" service.

The frigging 2000 SQL exams were not a walk in the park either.

M$ needs to revamp their exams to be more "real world" and I guess they are in the process of doing that.

I finished up my Exchange 2007 cert over the holidays, and yeah, in some ways they've improved, but they're still awfully tough. You can thank all the NT 4.0 paper MCSE's for that move.

I thought it was the paper MCSE 2000's that were the problem?

But in the work place Certs don't really matter except your resume may get pulled by HR or a manager may read it would would otherwise not. But no matter what you will be vetted before the job is offered to you so I can't beleieve there are still paper MCSE's still finding work?

BTW, I love the integration of Exchange 2007 into AD. Although the install is tricky.

I installed netscape 4.08, Restarted and now it says

"Not Enough Extended Memory available to rune windows.
Quit one or more applications to increase available memory or restart your computer"


maybe my 3.11 experience is over
