You are probably close to the point where changing your body composition is more important than the scale weight. The scale might not drop a ton if you add some serious weight training but only because you will be adding muscle. Good luck! |

I don't really think the BMI is a great indicator of health, but I'm really close to no longer being considered obese by the BMI charts.
