KU will beat VT, bank on it. VT isn't that good, LSU hosed them good, and LSU is not all that they are rated to be.

As much as it pains me to say this, USC is probally the best team out there right now since they are ( paid well ) healthy ........

VT and KU should be an interesting match up. The biggest concern for KU will be stopping Tyrod Taylor. He's not much of a thrower, rather he's more of a Vick style QB, take the snap from the shotgun and typically pull it down and run. If KU gets gashed by Taylor like Daniel did to them, it could be a long day.

Tech's offensive line is suspect and Ore is hurting, so if KU can stop the run and force the pass, they've got a shot assuming KU has a good secondary, I dont really know.

Tech is a different team against a talented club on the road. If KU were playing in Blacksburg, Virginia, then I'd say they were in for a tough battle. A neutral site will take away much of Tech's supposed advantage.
