It has been rumored (possibly reported) that that is the case for a while. Recent quotes from his parents have said he might consider KU even if Embiid stays. Of course, you cant really buy into anything in recruiting.

Can't really complain either way if Embiid goes. Possibly landing Turner still makes our front court one of the best next year.

Word is if Embiid goes, that entices Turner more. He's a smart kid.

The word on Lyle is that he might be JUCO bound now due to grades.

I wonder if Charlie's is still there - used to be a place a few blocks east of Mass, mixed in with regular houses, that would let you drink for just showing a KU ID. They only had 3.2 Bud Light, but place was always packed with freshmen.
