Who is going to get this when it comes out???? Last year's version was really disappointing so I will be sure to rent Madden 09 first before buying it.

Me too. There were about 30 on the shelf at Best Buy.

All that pre-order crap cracks me up. I have never seen madden sell out to where you couldn't find it.

Yeah I went in about 8 traded a bunch of old ones and oblivion in and got it for $40, came back at midnight and picked it up

I still don't know if I like it though

passing is really different and I don't like not being able to change the camera angles when playing online.

I've been playing head coach.....if you try to do it with the Chiefs it's very difficult I'll say that much...

Just rented it for 360. Played a game against my brother on All-Madden level. He was the Chiefs, I was the Vikes. 8 picks total, 5 for me, 3 for him. I won 17-14 in OT.

This is the first Madden I've played since 08 on Wii, which plays like two different games. I haven't decided if I like the new layout or not. Herm looks like Herm and they have LJ's moves down really well.

I paid $65 with tax. I'm pretty happy with it. It's the best Madden in my eyes in the last few years. A graphics upgrade, smoother playability, and Cris Collinsworth in the booth breaking down plays. I think it's pretty bad ass. First time in a long time too. Course, I don't play online at all. That got old for me back in 2004.

It's perfect online. There is no cheese from what I've seen. You throw deep twice in a row you get picked. you run to the right and throw to the left you get picked you scramble everytime you get sacked

btw I hate colinsworth and to me that is the weak point he's so dry
