I hate the 49ers

How many game winning plays can be negated by these crooked refs? Home cookin' at its finest. Harbaugh is a smug SOB.

The 49ers have been my second favorite team ever since I lived there for six years in the '80s when Montana was QB. I've stuck to the Chiefs as my team for 40 years, through thick and thin, but this year is so bad I'm paying a lot more attention to the Niners.

They took 2 huge Danny Amendola bombs away with extremely late flags and they also denied the game winning FG. Not to mention the non-touchdown by Kaepernick. He clearly stepped out of bounds. He was so sure the play would be overturned, he was looking at the next play on his wristband and started to walk on the field.

Home cookin' all the way today.

The play clock was clearly at zero on that kick, so it was the correct call.

They screwed up on letting the clock run during the measurement for sure, but you'd have to be stretching quite a bit to conclude that benefited either team substantially. They took 8 seconds away from the Rams in late OT when they re-spotted the ball, but I find it unlikely that they would have scored in 40 seconds anyway.

Aside from that, I thought everything else was called pretty much correctly. The Kapernick TD was close, but the replay certainly wasn't "inconclusive evidence." The rest of them you mentioned were the correct calls; you can't blame the refs that the Rams found ways to **** up in key situations.

Sad but true.

Not the refs fault for the Rams lining up incorrectly nor letting the Rams ST let the clock run until 0.

Saying something is better than what we have doesn't mean its good enough to win a SB. The goal isn't to improve the QB or head coach, its to find one you can win it all with. Finding someone better than our group will be easy.

It's hard to keep up. We don't want any coaches that have made the playoffs but not won the superbowl because they are "retreads" that can't "win the big one" but we don't want anyone that has actually won it either because no one has ever won it with two teams..

The retread one gets me. Belichick was a retread. Tom Coughlin was a retread. Tony Dungy was a retread. Jon Gruden was a retread. Mike Shanahan was a retread. Vermiel was a retread. Lots of retreads have won a SB, some in the last ten years.
