We don't really know what the layout of that road is. On highway 99 in NorCal you will get long stretches of one lane and long stretches of two lanes. Also you can see houses on either side of the road,they were probably in a 35-45 MPH zone and she was doing 50 to get past the two trucks. It's very possible that (before the video) traffic was those two trucks, followed by her, followed by him for several miles in a 55-65 zoned one lane highway and he had been riding her ass the whole time. You just don't know and neither do I.

Tell me if you aren't seeing the same thing I am. The lady at the very start of the video is passing a flatbed and she then appears to slow down only trying to piss the guy off more. Then you see her start passing the flatbed again. She deliberately slowed down to **** with the guy. And that was only one of the stupid things I saw. She is a dumb **** as far as I can tell.

Edit:
At the 2 second mark you clearly see that flatbed and after that she never passes him. At the 24 second mark her camera swings a little to the left and you clearly don't see the flatbed. Hence she slowed down unless you think the flatbed sped up which I find highly unlikely. She is a dumb bitch.

Edit 2:

The more I watch it the more I think his tailgating is more because she slowed way down more than it was him getting on her ass. Once again, **** her, she is a dumb bitch.
