Any Chief fans in St Louis .........
Can anyone in St Louis area advise me if road construction is bad in St Louis along I-70 out to Wentzville ?

I normally take I-64 thru town and out Hwy 40 to I - 70 ..... I know I-40 has been under construction for years.

Leaving here around 4:00 pm for KC........ Anybody know ?

i've been thru there 8 times this summer, and each time the traffic was stopped for either construction, or a wreck.

There are only construction delays on I-70 for 12 months out of the year.

4pm, you're screwed, 70, 64/40 or 44 - leave earlier or go home and take a nap and leave later. That's my advice.... Otherwise - make the wife drive the first leg of the trip and take a nap in the back seat. (I try this one all the time - it never works for me, but good luck anyway)

Though I don't work on the wrong (East) side of the MO river anymore...thank GOD.

West bound delays Airport , I-270 merging west, Mid Rivers.....
Opens after O'Fallon as 3-4 lanes each way.

DO NOT TAKE I-64 / 40 from/to Wentzville downtown period.

I'll be coming from MT Vernon Il ....... westbound. I use to take 40 thru town all the time, but I knew around Lake St L , it gets messed up.......
