It's not unfortunate, it's economics. The NBA isn't a not for profit organization. They make money because of their star players. It shouldn't surprise, nor upset, anyone that they protect their most valuable assets. Any business would do the same.

Kind of crazy that Stephenson didn't go down on that elbow. If he had, I suspect they kick Pittman out there.

Yeah, that was pretty impressive. The biggest problem with that play is you know it was a designed hit on the guy. It's a good thing it not the NFL or they'd stop the playoffs to investigate the Heat lol.

Haslem suspended 1 game and Pittman 3. Pittman should have been at least as long as Artest, but the NBA has to protect their stars

What an awful series. Imagine one of these teams facing the Spurs or the Thunder in the NBA Finals. They would be swept with ease. I suspect Miami will have an easy time knocking either of them out, too.

Yeah, I think Miami is back on track. They will need Bosh for the finals IMO. I hope he's ready because I like to see the best teams at full strength duking it out.

I think the Celtics can beat the Heat if Bosh doesn't return.

They were 3-1 against the Heat this season.

It's possible, but I'd still favor the Heat. The Celts are definately less afraid of the moment.

Thats actually not what he said. He said he respected him sticking up for his teammate but both him and Barkley talked about doing it the old-school way was different. Shaq's #1 on his list was "never go for the head" which is exactly what UD did.
