Report: Jets owner to push for Tebow
Report: Jets owner to push for Tebow
Interesting report (Read more › ) from long-time and well-connected Jets beat writer Rich Cimini of ESPN.com about how Jets owner Woody Johnson will eventually push for Tim Tebow to start at quarterback. In some ways, that might work out well for coach Rex Ryan and GM Mike Tannenbaum. If Tebow proves to be a bust, they would be off the hook for the whole Tebow mess and might get a reprieve if the season goes away. The 2009 off season was a true fail for anybody involved with the Chiefs, whether front office or us fans.

Tebow might actually help them win a couple games with that high school offense they ran in Denver, they need to control the ball

I wasn't sold on Sanchez coming out of SC, but I've been kinda impressed with him so far in the pros. I wouldn't mind it.

Wouldn't it be awesome to see Tebow lead them to the Playoffs and beat Denver in Pile High?

Sanchez has, or is atleast close, to his peak. It would just make us waste another 3 years on a useless QB. Time to get our own QB straight out of the magical NFL draft.
