Bronco Game Predictions: Post the Score

Time to stop the smack, the equivocating, and the mutual admiration society crap.

Hard fought battle, with the Chiefs pulling away in the fourth:

Kansas City 31
Denver 20

I soooooo wanted to vote for blow-out; and think it could be....if we rattle Plummer early.

I hope Bell, Allen, and DJ are in Jake's face the entire game. Gun, if you've been saving it....the time is now!

31 to 17 Chiefs, a lot closer than I would like.

Possible; but highly unlikely AT Arrowhead, under these circumstances. If they manage it though, the Colts will have something to worry about.

A nailbiter win for the Chiefs.

Blowouts don't hurt as much for the Invesco fan.

I'm not running smack. Everything I have seen from both teams this season up to this point leads me to believe Denver should handle KC. This does not take the Arrowhead factor into account; I have no idea how to realistically handicap for something like that.

It's worth 7 points, easy.

December and Arrowhead are a lethal combination.

Now, January and Arrowhead....THAT'S a different story.

Everything I read and every thing I remember from years past says KC should win Sunday. But, in my heart of hearts, I feel the opposite so that's what I have to go with.
It would be safer to say "oh KC is gonna' win we can't win in Arrowhead in December". That way if Denver loses you say " I knew it" and if they win you can say "wow, better than I thought".
However the gutless approach was never encouraged in my house.

Here's to an all-out war with no (permanent) injuries on either side.

Holy cow, after seeing prediction margins by Mr. Kotter, gochiefs, KCFalcon59, HemiEd, and vailpass of 11, 14, 8, 14, and 18 and then seeing that they all voted "close game," I'm kind of confused about the poll options. How big does the victory margin have to be to be a blowout? Oh well, I'll go with a 21 point win to match my "blowout" prediction: Chiefs 31, Broncos 10

I think the winner will tack on a cheap TD at the end....as the team that is behind throws a pick, or has a costly fumble. A late turnover will make it a comfortable victory.

28 to 17 KC. 21 of KC's 28 points come in the first half, Denver scores 1 TD in first half. Third quarter Denver scores 7 Chiefs 0. 4th quarter begins Chiefs 21, Denver 14. Denver scores a field goal because of great red zone stop by KC. Kick off to KC, Dante runs 103 yards for TD. KC's D hunkers down and stops denver for the remainder of the game. Chiefs win, Dick cries, all is well with the world.
