Can't remember, I was about 12 or 13. I can just recollect that I didnt really care for the text and the texture. It's a pretty tough/lean kind of meat.

Do you remember if it tasted anything like beef, or pork? It doesn't look like the standard "Tastes like chicken" type of protein.

I wonder if it's better in a stew since it's tough.

The whole metric system ****s me up. I was thinking that was really expensive, but it's per kg. It's around $6.75 a pound.

Haha it's the same here. Most people here don't understand the Imperial system at all. I understand the imperial system and can convert between the metric and imperial system more than most due to my NFL fandom.

Btw, I was talking to Aussie about this a couple of weeks ago. Aussies live a higher quality of life than Americans do. The minimum wage?

National minimum wage for adults

Currently the full-time minimum wage is $15.96 per hour or $606.40 per week. This means that most employees in the national system shouldn't get less than this. And they're trying to bump that by $30 a week right now. That's minimum.

I spent enough time in Canada as a kid that I can convert quickly. I just always forget too.
