Ticket resale question

A friend of mine and I split season tix for about a decade, but I backed out a couple years back as life (and the Chiefs suckitude) made it difficult to get to KC often. Whenever there was a game that we couldn't make it to, we would just put the tickets on stubhub. So now, with the lack of actual tickets for season ticket holders, how does this work?

The reason I ask is because he just found out he can't go this weekend. Does he have any way to actually sell these tickets?

Through ticketmaster. The links from the STH account are pretty idiot proof. If you need help though lemme know.

Thanks. I was under the impression that the season ticket holder didn't get that revenue when going through the official channel.

As an aside, where do the seats on stubhub come from these days? I'm sure some single game tickets are listed on there, but there are some pretty good seats that have to be season ticket holders. How does that happen with the STH card?

As a Raiders STH my rep called me and recommended selling this route. I can name my price, have ticket exchange handle the best price, or have it slowly discount til sold. If you have great seats like I do, you can off your tickets for more than what you paid but if they don't sale then you get to eat it.

From what I understand is that you can opt to have ticket exchange put them on other sites. That may cost a bit higher fee. Ticketexchange charges 10% of sale price.

STH can put tickets on Stubhub. You list your tickets and when they sell, you download your tickets, then upload them to Stubhub, who then forwards them to the buyer.

Therein lies my question. Since STH just have a card these days, how does one download their ticket. It's probably a simple matter, just having not done it, I wasn't sure.

You just go to your ticket account on the Chiefs website and download it. Actually, I think you select "print" and that allows you to download it. Then you can either print it or e-mail it.

The electronic transaction is safer for both parties.
