If you lost your terrible towel yesterday...
To the fan that waved the yellow terrible towel in my face and "accidentally" hit my face outside of section 344 in the new "beer garden" area yesterday. Sorry about the terrible towel. I didn't mean to grab it from you, threaten to stick it up your ass, and accidentally throw it over the wall and out of the stadium. I'm sure you suffered enough humility yesterday and hope that losing both your quarterback and terrible towel arent too much for you to overcome. I'm also sorry that the 4 or 5 cronies you had with you came to your defense only to back down like a bunch of pussies. I figured they felt safe from a distance with the steelers hard hats on, but not so much up close and personal. Anyhow, hope you have a safe return to Pitt and realize that I wouldnt act that way in your stadium, and you shouldn't act that way in mine.

I thought it was great the way the Steeler fans we're yelling at the top of their lungs when the Steeler offense was on the field. You could tell that these were mostly fans from the heartland who don't really ever go to Steeler games in Pittsburg. Surely their regulars know when to make noise and when to .

That still cracks me up. I pretty muched yelled the whole game (as evidence, I nearly have larengitis today), but I took a few plays off because the Steeler fans were making plenty of noise themselves.

It amazes me how stupid fans of other teams are. Bears fans do the same thing. There really doesn't seem to be much difference in crowd noise between offense and defense. They only get really loud when somebody makes a good play.

It felt really really weird to be cheering at the same time as the opposing fans...

I remember at one point, Ben had his hands over his ears trying to hear the playcalls coming in to the huddle, and eventually called a TO. I'm yelling my brains out, and look over and so is the Steelers fan next to me. I had to chuckle while thinking "WTF, you just helped cause a TO?"
