I know I'll probably be accused of being "negative", but...

I live in FL (not the greatest place to be a Chief fan) and I just wonder how many of you realize that Jax left **** near half their starters at home for this game because of injuries...I don't think they had even one starter on the OL playing, and yet they scored 26 points!
Dishman is starting to scare the hell out of me, and Warfield isn't doing too much to win the spot either....I know we got 7 sacks, but Jax still moved the ball pretty well...Any feelings about this?

We know, Mikey. My attitude is that it is pre-season. I'm not worried. If we experience the same thing in week 2, I'll be worried. Gun is evaluating players and I'm sure Kurt is throwing some unusual stuff in as well (disclaimer, I didn't see the J-ville game). I know it's a leap of faith but we'll be fine.

I sure hope you're right, K....I know it's just preseason, but I still would like to see a little better play than we have so far...Plus, I have to admit, I really got riled losing to Jax again and having to listen to all the BS down here in FL....Grrrrr...........

Mike, I live in South FL and get ragged on whenever we lose to any FL team. However, I just shrug it off. I know their time will come when I'll be all over them. I'll get to payback the Dolphin fans this season. Tampa Bay has been getting it for 20 years so now it's their time, and I see Jax to be on the decline from their franchise's fast start. They can't keep up with Tennessee right now.

I hope that it is just preseason, and from what I gathered the play Dishman got burned, was a new coverage, and that is what preseason is about. I think there may be concerns, but we will just have to see. Also, there is talk about Caughlin going to Notre Dame, you hear anything down in FL.

There is reason to be concerned, but not overly so at this point. 14 of their 26 points came off of two breakdowns on defense. These are things that can be corrected with good coaching and work on technique. The question becomes though, how good is our coaching?

Remember, JVille crushed us game 3 in the preseason last year. This was an improvement...
