Jean-Luc Picard wasn't the typical leading man type that the rest of the Star Treks, and almost every other TV show tries to sel their shows with.

He was, however, the epitome of a leader that earned the respect and admiration of the people in his command.

The character was more solid and fully developed than any of the others.

Shatner has to be first
Picard a close second
Sisko because of Bjorian mystism

Didn't like Archer or Janeway. We never saw Pike in action.

All the temp captains....James T. Kirk the first was cool. Spock was and always will be the baddest captain. No human can touch his badassness.

I vote T'pol I think she was an honorary Captain for an episode.
Ok fine..
Shatner Because it just has to be that way
Picard Is Deff a close 2nd.

But I do agree with the comment if the Sh1T hit the fan I want Spock coming for me with Data a close second.

Over the years I've changed. First it was Kirk, then Picard, now it's probably Sisko because he has the most interesting character arc.

Shatner/Kirk is the best character. But my vote is Picard because I LOVED that shit when I was a kid. It stuck. But I fully acknowledge that Shatner is where it is at.

The new Kirk won major points for the bar scene in the latest Star Trek.
