FWIW, the "if I wake up part is not to be confused with Dane's "I'm leaving" post....I fully intend to wake up, just kinda dreading it.

I just watched it again....backing it up and typing word for word it's:
Kellis: Jacob, I mean obviously you did some good things....set the school scoring record and matched your career high in points, but you still can't get the win, um, I mean, what, how do you sum up the emotions that come after that?
Jake: Um...[covers face with towel, wipes eyes, uncovers]..Um, I don't know. It's tough. You know I, I want to win and [starts to cry]
Frank: [rubs Jakes shoulder] That's what you wanted to see? That what you were trying to get outta him? Make him cry here in front of people? Good question.
Jake: I'm, I'm a competitor man, I just wanted to win the game. I don't care about a scoring record or anything else man. I want to get to the Final Four and I didn't get the chance to do that.

This isn't probably going to come off of my fingers like it's meant to, but here goes anyway:
Anyone that has played any sport above a high school level knows that coaches aren't normally as calm and reserved as they seem on the sidelines. During practice all bets are off and I've heard things like, "You dumb mother****er" more than once. He just doesn't change between practice/gametime the way most do.

Which is cool with me, I hate fake people. Part of the reason I like Todd Haley, same during the game as in practice.

KSU represents Kansas well.

Amazing what a state with less than 3 million people can do when it comes to major college sports.

I've never heard of a "Wisconsin St"....

Yeah, I was actually rooting for KSU tonight, mostly because I just don't ever want to see any Big10 teams winning anything.

I have no doubt that Pullen will find a long, successful career in Europe. Great college career.

If Sherron "I'm too much of a fatass to get off the couch to get on an airplane" Collins can play in the league, then Jake has as good of chance as any.

Woke up really sad and disappointed this morning. Also hopeful they've found missing person Rodney Mac.

KCC is right. Jake doen't have the handles or the strength or the size (IMO of course).

Collins' signing was more of a "let's take care of our own" by Larry Brown. They put a few bucks in his pocket and kept him from having to leave for Lithuania for a year.
