rents and property values
Does anyone know any credible sources for statistics and information on rents and property values? I am interested specifically in year to year valuations of change as a percentage, ie "rents in 2019 were up 4% from 2018".

Obviously, this is very localized- I am wanting either a national site that has data on specific areas or a site that references only my local market, Albuquerque.

I can't really help you, but my house is valued at about 650k and rents in this part of the world (for a house like mine) are in the neighborhood of 3k-4k per month I believe.

I own though, so I'm not 100% certain. My property taxes are about 7k per year.

Extension does agricultural costs. I wonder if they have any thing like that for houses.

There should also be a rental/housing authority that could help. County services. Realtor services.

Do you have any more info on "extension"? I don't really want to type that into a google search.

County might be a good source for some of that, although I wouldn't know which department to speak with.

University Extension. One of the Universities has to be land grant Science/AG. They would run an Extension office.

Iowa State does in Iowa. They also have the info on average ag land values and land cash rent. We look at it every year for renting the farm.
