football doesn't matter much any longer...
When you get a text at 2 am indicating your Pops had been admitted to the hospital with after suffering a coronary. Sitting here waiting for 2 hours with no news kinda blows but I presume he will get cleaned out and be fine in a couple days. He's 64.

Update: He's fine. Two stents and he'll be home in 2 days. Pretty minor by today's standards but he'd be dead if this were 30-40 years ago.

Good to hear he's ok, my mom has had 3 heart attacks and 3 surgeries...still kicking around that age.

Sorry to hear about your gramps Phil, very sad deal and it sure seems to be in your genetics, like mine is. My grandpa died of it at 71 when I was 13. They didn't know much in 1963 compared to what they know now.

They sent me through a 15 week rehab program to try and change my habits. Diet, exercise, stress, smoking and genetics are the 5 key contributors.
