Lotsa slow learners around here. There is no need for the Big 12 to do anything. The fact they haven't done anything is all the proof you need. No adds are going to create incremental revenue to the existing 10 members. So they're not ever going to get invites. Is this hard to understand?

Why would the Big 12 add schools? The member institutions are seeing more money than they ever have in the conference's history and every single football game has a national platform due to the low number of games.

Not only that but the round robin football and home/away basketball schedules are awesome.
