If the scouts aren't hot on Geno Smith or this Glennon guy (haven't watched him play at all this year - never really even heard of him before today actually)

And if they think they will both drop to 2nd round, then you take them in the 2nd rd.

What I don't want to happen...is that we take a QB #1 just because we have the #1 overall pick. Yes it is the most important position and we BADLY need one, but there isn't a RGIII or a Andrew Luck coming out of this draft.

I don't know if there really is a clear #1 pick at this point. There are a lot of guys are IMO are in the 5-10 range, but nothing that warrants a #1 overall pick IMO. Just like 2009, IMO it's going to hard as **** to trade down and KC is going to end up reaching again.

Yeah, it sure would suck to pick a guy 8-10 slots too high and HAVE a QB vs. not taking one, trading down, or otherwise take a chance that we get NOBODY AND HAVE NO QB going into next year.

IF THE SCOUTS SAY SO THEY MUST BE RIGHT AMIRITE

JFC. Get Andrew Luck out of your ****ing head. That shit ****ing NEVER EVER GODDAMN HAPPENS.

The talent we see here is NORMAL. In fact, it's above average. It's not a gimme slam dunk, but it doesn't ****ing have to be as long as the potential for true greatness is there.

And it is.

So draft the ****ing QB at #1 overall. Why? Because it's ****ing worth it.
