How sad is it that every time I see that clip from True Grit, I can't help but to see the girl in it as John Cusack's Mom from Better Off Dead.

That's an awesome scene.
The answer, by the way (and assuming he's talking about the Rowing Club boathouse), is white, with red brick at the base and blue doors - so red, white, and blue. Heh. |

Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring: Gandalf versus the Balrog.
Mock me if you wish, I care not -- Walt Disney's favorite scene from all of his movies. Feed the Birds, from Mary Poppins. Aladdin: Aladdin meets the Genie (embedding disabled): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84K6Zvvem-Y

Whoever put Gimme the keys from The Usual Suspects in here.....BRILLIANT!
One of my favorite movies of all times. The Cowboys – 1972 – John Wayne – Bruce Dern - Roscoe Lee Brown – Robert Carradine – A Martinez This is a must see movie…..if you haven’t seen it…..you MUST! Seriously! There a many scenes that are great in this thing. John Wayne beating Bruce Derns ass. The boys getting drunk and slamming on John while he hides and listens. But the one I love most I just could not find! I looked and looked…..and I finally stumbled onto it and realized why I couldn’t’ find it. The title doesn’t reference the movie at all. This scene begins just after a boy is saved from drowning. The kid getting his ass reamed by John was stuttering trying to tell them the boy was drowning. My favorite scene in one of my favorite movies….. I give you….. (in booming echoing voice) Great Moments In Speech Therapy!! This is my second fav in this flick. The cooks last prayer. (loses some oomph without the context around it….that being….the cowboys are coming Bruce!) I couldn’t find the whole scene of John beating Bruces ass…but this is the beginning and it has one of the coolest lines….. On my worst day…
