In all seriousness, the defense was expecting a run first mentality and the Ravens came out throwing. Added to the fact that they were on the road, and the offense couldn't sustain anything early... and I think the defense may have looked worse than they really are.

The Chiefs will be home this week, against the Raiders. If they have another poor defensive showing, then I think we have much more reason to be concerned.

Not saying the defense is great, or even good... just don't think they are 'as' bad as they looked yesterday.

There would be massive rationalization last year.

I am Hali's biggest critic. I had a flashback yesterday when he chopped the ball loose. For a second it took me back seeing DT do that. It put a big ol smile on my face.
