Yep, totally fleshed out inside...just like Isengard! The only way you can get in is through instances and skirmishes (some of the 6 and 12 man raids are bad ass!)

I preferred Angmar to Moria (Moria took forever to get out of and I couldn't go anywhere without pulling TONS of mobs---I'm a Guardian). Angmar reminded me of Doom (old DOS game), so I didn't mind it. I didn't do alot there though, just a few levels and some of the Epic stuff. Rohan is, by far, the best area in the game though (I just hit level 79 yesterday).

I did a quick ride through on my horse sightseeing after I escaped the mines the first time.

Why? Lots of quests with good story. Challenging mobs (I'm regularly fighting mobs with 15,000 plus morale--my morale is close to 11,000). Mounted combat rocks (once you get used to it). The quests are very linear (one chain will take you to the next area, much like parts of Moria and nearly all of Evendim), so it's very easy to find quests and level (I'd be higher level, but I haven't had much playing time lately).
