I don't get all the ****ing whining about trading McCoy. All these guys that are whining are people who get in LOVE with players, buy their jerseys and wear them to games and own them in all their fantasy leagues. A ****ing RUNNING BACK in their 7TH SEASON is not something that will last forever. Chip Kelly doesn't care, he's replaceable. The only thing that isn't replaceable in the NFL is a good starting QB, good coach, and a good manager. Other wise it's pretty much about SYSTEM football in the NFL. I actually think Philly won in the trade. They get rid of an aging running back going into 7th season in a passing league who is very expensive for a young talented linebacker that will contribute greatly for a HC that isn't a defensive guy. Not to mention he's cheaper to get on contract. This move makes sense, Chip Kelly knows that in his system he can replace LeSean McCoy easily. He's proven in Oregon and his first few years that he can put up points with anyone. Oregon would put up 45 a game and it's Oregon, the state of Oregon only gets like 2 five star in state prospects a year. He can score on offense, that's not a problem.

Whether people would like to think so or not... Nike really has played a HUGE HUGE HUUUGGGEEE role in gaining recruits. Agree with me or not, the young guys these days now love to look good and stand out while playing.

Good running backs can be found easily. Kelly's offense does rely on a running back going north - south at most a one cut and go type back. He doesn't want a dancer like McCoy.
