NFL Fines

TO was just fined 35k for spitting in Hall's face.
A few weeks back Nalen was fined 25k for attempting to break Igor Olshansky's knee and end his career.

Do you think the fines are commensurate with the offenses? Shouldn't a cheap shot to the knee warrant a larger fine than a disrespectful goober to the face?

They are both pretty chicken shit and should warrant a game off.

To spit in another mans face... Who the hell does TO think he is? He should be fined, one game out, and R Kelly gets to pee on him.

I forget where I saw it, but Romanowski was fined $7,500 for spitting in someone's face, then Sean Taylor was fined $17,500 for it, and now TO is getting fined $35,000. I guess the next person will have to pay $70,000. I think the commish is just trying to prove that spitting is a serious offense, but I agree with others in this thread that Nalen's actions were much more dangerous and severe than Owens'.

Here's DeAngelo Hall trying to jump on Marion Barber after a play was over.....notice the price he pays.

I have 0 sympathy for this guy he's a jackass to Owens level, if not more. Maybe he'll learn not to run his mouth about shutting people down when it isn't even the truth.

Actually, that lineman was dumb. He should have let him pile on and then get the 15 yard personal foul and a first down.
