People who are named "Gregg" need to be stabbed in the face. That extra "g" is useless to pronounciation.

My name is "Greg." I have one "g" at the end. Just enough to give off a throaty "g" consonant sound. People with the name "Gregg" don't pronounce their name "Grehg-g." So why have that extra "g?" Even in the full name "Greggory," it's not "Greg-gory" it's "Greg-ory"

Even worse is people who ask if I spell my name with one g at the end or two. Actually, I use six. Gregggggg. Yep. It's pronounced "Greg" but I added a few thousand more g's at the end just to be a dipshit.

Also, think about how many times you sign your name in one year. Lots and lots of times. Think about how many extra PENS Gregg has to go through than Greg will in a lifetime. That extra g really adds up over the years. And for what? You don't get an extra syllable at the end of your name, you don't get a different pronounciation, it's the exact same freaking name, only the dumbass with one extra "g" is wasting the world's precious supply of ink.
