1 point for inside the 20, 2 points for inside the 10 and -1 points for touchbacks.

Sounds worse than even having kickers.

What's the assigned point value for throwing an interception that's returned for a TD?

I have been Kommish of a league for 18 years now and we use to have punters average per game figured in with ST scoring. We drafted a separate D/ST.

ST Scoring awarded points for punt average and kick return average and only kick retutned TD's.

D scoring awarded for turnovers, sacks, safeties, TD's and points allowed.

We have gone away from it to make things more main stream. Some were mad when we did away with it. I guess I looked at it as old fashioned (since our scoring sustem was from 1991) they looked at it as making our league unique.

We still are a distance scoring league (the longer the TD the more points the player is awarded) which I think is cool. One of the other things we don't do is take away points for fumbles and we only penalize the QB -1 for int's.

cbssportsline is very accomodating in their scoring system for all of this.

If you were asking me, The D got 1pt for the turnover and 6 for the TD.

You deserve to be drawn and quarter, punk. I hate punters and I hate fans that admire them.
