Sent you a counter, SNR. Can't imagine you would decline if you were willing to deal Maclin.

I view Antonio Brown as a significant step above Maclin. Maclin's always injured, and that's why I wanted to get rid of him.

Sorry. Roethlisberger's been playing out of mind to begin the season since there really is no semblance of a running game at all in Pittsburgh. I value Antonio Brown for his consistent production (always guaranteed to get catches and yards). Torrey Smith might be an upgrade, but so is Big Ben over Cutler.

I'm going to have to decline the Brown offer. Let me know if there's anything else. Do you want Michael Bush since you have an injured Forte?

Sent you another offer before reading this. Understood on Brown, but if I'm moving for Roethlisberger, it makes sense for me to try to get Brown in the deal as well.

There are really only a few untouchables on my roster. If you're willing to move Brown with Ben, let me know what it will take.

Otherwise, we'll get back to something similar to the original offer.

Eh, now that Torrey is already playing, let's just put this off until next week.

If I can work Pestilence into the mix for a three-way deal, I can get Brady and you can get Roethlisberger.

I'm against trading Roethlisberger even though I'm getting a good deal for him just because the one position I want to improve is starting QB. Pest has been shopping around Brady to others (like the goddamned pimp he is), so I don't want to get caught with my pants down and miss out on Big Ben AND Brady.

Basically, Romo is a wet fart and I hate him. That's really what I'm trying to say.

Sorry dude, but the timing on this deal isn't right. Hopefully next week will be better for me.

I'd definitely keep me in mind, because Pest and I have been talking for the last 45 minutes. If Torrey Smith wasn't part of a deal, we'd likely already have one done.

And I'm talking to someone else as well.

I'd like to agree in principle to a deal (barring Sunday injuries, of course) sooner rather than later.

Or, if Smith is left out, I'm ready now.
