Cheese whiz is where its at. Some use melted provolone, which is not bad either. There is a restaurant in Philly that offers up a $100 cheesesteak as well. Sliced thin Kobe beef, truffles, taleggio cheese (creamy), and shallots. Sounds very tasty, but at $100...a bit pricey.
