Going by game score, that was the 2nd best pitching performance of ALL TIME, second only to Kerry Wood's infamous 20 strikeout game. Wood gave up one hit that game, so you could make the argument that this was THE best game ever pitched.

When Orel took the MLB record from Dandy Don Drysedale, DDD was the Dodgers announcer. Orel was the radio announcer for Clayton's run.

Only thing better to stay 1 game ahead of the Giants is leaving my hose on in the pool while it overflows into the drain. What a sound. Thanks for the water NO Cal!!!
