When the Raiders drafted Jared Veldheer he weighed 312 pounds. He had put on 9 pounds on his 6-8 frame by last season. He was an athletic 321 pounds with the Raiders running a zone blocking scheme last season. Now, with the Raiders switching back to the power blocking scheme, he will be ready with the "power".

His strength coach, Mark Ehnis, tweeted this picture of him with some other workout partners at his gym PowerStrength Training Systems in Grand Rapids Michigan after a killer steroid/HGH workout combo.

Well, it does say it was after a workout. I get pretty ****ing jacked after my workouts and I'm just a regular dude that works out by himself. If I had a professional trainer to push me and that much muscle mass to begin with, I reckon I'd look pretty ****ing swole after an intense workout too.

On a side note, you'd stand absolutely no ****ing chance in a straight up fist fight with that guy. Holy balls.

I wonder if being that big: does he get tested by guys more often when he's out and about or do most guys have enough sense to avoid him? Give a guy some alcohol and a fair number of them think they're Superman. I wouldn't doubt he's caught some shit from some douchebags that wanted to see what they were made of..

Also, unless he has a 9 inch dick, his penis probably looks tiny on him. That sucks.. I'm not gay. NTTATWTT

But how do you get your hands that big? The guy is all-around impressive, but my god, the hands and wrists. They're cartoonishly large, but Marvel cartoonish, not Warner Brothers cartoonish.

As an aside, there was some guy on my cruise ship last week who was tall, as in really tall. I was trying to guess how tall he was, but then one day I saw him coming down a hallway. He had to very slightly duck to get below a directional sign, so it looked like he was maybe one or two inches too tall for it. We passed each other, and as I walked under the sign I put my outstretched hand on my head, stretching up from my pinky. My outstretched hand from thumb to pinky barely reached the sign, so you take my height of 6-0, add another 9+ inches of hand, and then he was an inch or two taller than that. I figure that guy was at least 6-10 and probably 6-11. You don't see those guys in real life very often.

He wasn't an athletic 6-10 or 6-11, though.

I won't argue that he's not on something, I just hate when people look at someone with an impressive physique and automatically assume they're on something illegal. At 6'8" with his frame, the guy has a lot of room for muscle mass. Add in the fact that he's likely spent the last 10 years of his life building his body, specifically his arm/hand speed and strength, and I don't see why a guy couldn't come out looking freakishly large. Some guys go really hard in the gym. They have dedication beyond what the everyman could ever imagine and sometimes they're genetic freaks to top it all off..
