R's vs. M's

Good luck to the good guys.

FYI : if the Royals win, the thread starter gets massive amounts of rep. If they lose, you are supposed to neg rep CoChise. I dont make the rules, people.

Raul was my favorite player since Frank White...my all time favorite player. I think his leaving played a major part in my jaded angst-ridden attitude about the team.

I got on the field at Fuji Film Say Cheese day two years ago and got to talk to Raul. I told him I really liked the way he played and hoped he would stay around a long time. He said thanks and he planned to. Then he left that off-season. I was crushed like a 7 year old boy.

You can buy the MLB web audio thing, it's $15 for every game the whole season

I'd give you my password, but it won't let any more people connect with my password, someone else just tried it.

The gamecast thing on mlb.com is alot better than the one on espn.com, if that helps you out at all.

Yeah, I think the whole deal is nice. The live box scores are cool. The play by play is also about 20 seconds ahead of the streaming audio.

We get a man on 1st with one out through a walk, and the next two batters feel the need to swing away on the first pitch in both AB's........

I was just going to post... is Berroa physically incapable of taking a pitch? Pena ought to make them do 20 pushups every time they hack at the first pitch.
